How to Request a Price Adjustment

Thank you for shopping with us at AG Jeans! We want to ensure that you're satisfied with your purchase. If you’ve recently made a purchase and noticed a price drop, you may qualify for a price adjustment under certain conditions.

Price Adjustment Eligibility:

  • Price adjustments are only available for orders placed within the last 7 days from the date of your inquiry.
  • To request a price adjustment, you must reach out to us via email. Please send your request to [email protected].
  • Price adjustments will be honored in form of a refund back to the original form of payment. 
  • Please note that other promotional codes or coupons cannot be combined with a price adjustment and will not be stacked. 

How to Request a Price Adjustment:

  1. Email us at [email protected]with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Date of purchase
    • The item(s) you'd like a price adjustment for
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, process the price adjustment for you.

Processing Time:

  • Please note that price adjustments may take 1 to 3 business days to process.
  • Once the price adjustment has been completed, you will receive a refund confirmation email with the updated details.

What if My Order Does Not Qualify?

  • Orders placed more than 7 days ago are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • If your order does not qualify for a price adjustment, you can still return the items as long as they meet our standard return policy.

Return Policy:

For orders that do not qualify for a price adjustment, items may still be returned if they fall within our return policy window. Please review our return policy for further details on how to process a return.
