How to Request a Price Adjustment
Thank you for shopping with us at AG Jeans! We want to ensure that you're satisfied with your purchase. If you’ve recently made a purchase and noticed a price drop, you may qualify for a price adjustment under certain conditions.
Price Adjustment Eligibility:
- Price adjustments are only available for orders placed within the last 7 days from the date of your inquiry.
- To request a price adjustment, you must reach out to us via email. Please send your request to [email protected].
- Price adjustments will be honored in form of a refund back to the original form of payment.
- Please note that other promotional codes or coupons cannot be combined with a price adjustment and will not be stacked.
How to Request a Price Adjustment:
- Email us at [email protected]with the following details:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- The item(s) you'd like a price adjustment for
- Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, process the price adjustment for you.
Processing Time:
- Please note that price adjustments may take 1 to 3 business days to process.
- Once the price adjustment has been completed, you will receive a refund confirmation email with the updated details.
What if My Order Does Not Qualify?
- Orders placed more than 7 days ago are not eligible for price adjustments.
- If your order does not qualify for a price adjustment, you can still return the items as long as they meet our standard return policy.
