- Sometimes packages are accepted by neighbors or a doorman on your behalf.
- Inspect the Delivery Location:
- Look around the area where your package was delivered. Carriers may leave packages in discreet locations to prevent theft.
- Verify the Shipping Address:
- Ensure that the shipping address you provided is correct.
- Wait One Business Day:
- If your package still seems to be missing, please wait one additional business day beyond the expected delivery date. This allows time for potential delays or rescheduled deliveries.
- Contact Customer Service:
- If your package has not been located after waiting, please contact our Customer Service Team. We will escalate the issue to our team for further investigation.
Important Note: We are unable to assist with missing package claims if the delivery date exceeds 5 business days from the date of the initial claim.
