    • Locate the Gift Card: Have the physical gift card or the digital code ready.
    • Find the Purchase Details: Retrieve the original purchase order or the email confirmation you received when the gift card was issued.
  2. Contact Us for Assistance
    • Send Us the Information: Email our customer service team and include:
      • The full gift card code.
      • The original purchase order or the email in which the gift card was received.
    • Include Any Additional Details: If you have any additional information or issues you’ve encountered, please include that in your message.
  3. Verification Process
    • We Will Verify the Code: Our team will check the validity and balance of your gift card.
    • Determine Next Steps: Based on our verification, we will decide whether the card needs to be reissued or reactivated.
  4. Receiving a New Code
    • New Gift Card Issuance: If the card is valid but needs updating, we will issue a new gift card or store credit.
    • Email Notification: The new code will be emailed to you.
  5. Using the New Code
    • Apply the Code: Enter the new gift card code in the “Discount or Gift Card” section during checkout on our website.

Important Note

Expiration: We are unable to reissue or reactivate expired gift cards. If your card has expired, unfortunately, we will not be able to assist with reactivation or replacement.
