We understand that returning items from an international order can be a bit more complex. To make the process as smooth as possible, please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility:

• Condition: Unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise may be returned.
• Time Frame: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
• Tags: All original tags must be attached.

Exchanges:

• We do not process exchanges for international orders. To exchange an item, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the items you wish to receive in exchange.
