International Orders:

1. Start the Return Process 
   • Visit our return portal to initiate your return. 
2. Return Eligibility 
   • You may return unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 30 days from the date you received your order. 
   • Ensure all products are returned in their original condition, with tags still attached. 
3. Return Rates and Fees Please be aware that return rates and fees for international orders may vary.

Exchanges

• No International Exchanges: We do not process exchanges for international orders. Instead, return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the items you wish to receive.

What Happens Next? 

• We will process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
• Returns with complete documentation are given priority.
• Note: AG is not responsible for returns lost in transit if the return process is not followed correctly.
