How to Return or Exchange Your ItemUpdated 4 hours ago
To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
- Begin Your Return or Exchange
- Visit our return portal to start the process and create a prepaid FedEx return label.
- Print a Prepaid FedEx Return Label
- If you use the prepaid label, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from your refund total.
- Note: The $10.00 fee will not apply if you choose to exchange your product or receive a Gift Card instead of a refund. Additionally, you will not be charged if you select the “Ship on My Own” option.
- International orders may have different return rates and fees. Click here for more information.
- Prepare Your Package
- Use the original box and packing slip if possible. Ensure the item is in its original condition with tags still attached.
- Ship It
- Attach the prepaid FedEx return label securely to the package. Make sure no other tracking labels are visible. Drop off the package at a stand-alone FedEx location or an approved third-party FedEx drop-off point.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size:
- Follow the return process as outlined above.
- Select “Exchange” during the return process and choose the item you wish to exchange for.
- In order to move to the next page make sure you select a color, size, and inseam.
- Complete the order for the new item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the exchanged product to you. To process an exchange, click here.
What Happens Next?
- We strive to process returns quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Returns with complete documentation are prioritized.
- Please note: AG is not responsible for returns lost in transit if the return process is not followed correctly.
